Think again before booking, Services are Terrible
Spacious Lobby and Location are accessible in big main road
Reservation, Services, Check-in process sucks. I arrived at around 4.30pm local time, to find out that my room wasn't ready, and the reception asked me to wait for about 30mins, and then change it again to one hour, I was in the second queue with another 3 families lining up after me, but saw they got the room ready earlier than me. Requested for a Double Bed, and the receptionist approved confirm the availability, but of course after got my room key and get into my room with twin bed arrangement, called back to the receptionist and asked for the double room got a simple response "sorry it is not available" this is outrageous and terrible communication to the guest. The HK helped to make up my bed by joining the two, however, left with a dirty floor from beneath the bed after moved....and they didn't even bother to sweep it. Horrible service! One Electricity/ power point on the working table is broken. I checked in on the weekend, the management suppose to have more support on the receptionist, instead of only one lady try to manage everything, with one man next to her on another computer doing virtually something else and seems not very attentive to guests lining up, so I assumed he's not on duty to help with checking-in process. I then booked an extra room for my parents for the next day, they asked me to pay in advance, and I did, again my parents can only get the room the next day after 4pm and they didn't even provide towels, my mom asked for two and got the towel delivered 30 minutes later. The Hotel is nice but the overall experience was unpleasant with dishonesty, carelessly attention to a guest needs/request. I wouldn't come back.
